Presentation is of great importance to us and to that end we always strive to show every property to its best and maximise its sales potential with professional photographs, floor plans and detailed product and local area knowledge. We have an in house furnishing team that can help freshen up and dress the property if we feel this may work to your advantage and we also have contractors that can take care of minor repairs if required. These additional services are of course chargeable.
Once instructed, we will draft marketing details for you to check and approve and then you will be appointed a member of staff who will ensure you are kept up to speed with the marketing of your property, atleast once a week. They will ensure you are aware of viewings as they take place as well as providing you with constructive feedback and details of any offers made.
