Fulham Riverside is a development of 400 new homes, with underground car parking and a flagship 100,000 sq. ft. Sainsbury’s superstore. Residents have a wealth of amenities including a badminton court, table tennis and chess tables, outdoor gym, fitness suite, a Conran-designed lobby with 24-hour concierge service and X acres of landscaped gardens. The development has also opened up one of the last remaining undeveloped riverfront locations to the public by way of a riverside boulevard.

Located on the prestigious north bank of the Thames, between Chelsea and Putney, the area is home to some of London’s finest schools and parks, and the nearby King’s Road in Chelsea offers an abundance of high-end retailers as well as many of London’s most popular restaurants and bars.

The Overground station, Imperial Wharf, is within walking distance, offering links to Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Paddington and Gatwick Airport, and there are a number of bus routes directly outside Fulham Riverside.
